Job Summary
A financial services holding company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute COBOL and Mainframe Systems Financial Engineer 2.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Exhibiting expert understanding of the organization's Systems Development Life Cycle
- Maintaining currency of professional, technical and business skills
- Conducting research on hardware and software products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Knowledge of computer programming languages
- Effective verbal and written communications skills
- Problem solving skills sufficient to perform research and recommend a proposed solution to problems
- Ability to ensure compatibility and interoperability of systems
