Job Summary

A software company is seeking a Telecommute Code Sponge Junior Developer in the Scotts Valley Area.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Fixing bug on both the front/back end
  • Enhancing existing systems and develop new ones
  • Working on a variety of projects ranging from core application development to internal tool creation

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Employees with longer commutes have the option to work remotely 1-2 days a week once fully acclimated to our environments
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap
  • You've worked with some flavor of Java, C, PHP, JSP, Python, Perl, JavaScript, etc
  • You've worked with some flavor of SQL. MySQL, MS SQL, NoSQL
  • Must be driven, proactive, self-directed, detailed, and organized
  • Strong analytical problem solving skills
