Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Coder Specialist II in Brentwood.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assigning special projects as it relates to coding and coding guidelines with supervision
  • Creating routine and ad hoc reports, report template, dashboards, scorecards, etc
  • Assigning ICD codes in accordance with Official Coding Guidelines and CMS Requirements

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 15% travel to office location in Brentwood, TN required
  • Associate's degree required
  • RHIT, RHIA, or CCS certification required
