Job Summary

A nonprofit healthcare organization is filling a position for a Telecommute Coding Auditor in the Greater Atlanta Area.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Conduct coding, billing, and documentation compliance audits
• Prepare a report of findings and recommendations for each audit
• Serve as a subject matter expert on coding/billing topics

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certifications: CPC, CCS-P, CCA, CCS, CPC-H
• 5 years of experience in healthcare INCLUDING
• 3 years in physician practice coding, documentation, billing, and/or reimbursement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Knowledge of federal/state regulations and guidelines and other standards outlined by company
