Job Summary
An asset management company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Coding Specialist II in Hendersonville.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying potential issues or errors
- Completing Masterlog of accounts coded daily
- Completing Time Allocation reports daily
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma
- 5+ years experience with coding and/or billing in health care revenue cycle
- Have at least one of RHIT, RHIA, CCA, CPC, COC, CIC, CCS, CCS-P
- Knowledge of Medicare and Local Medical Review Policy Guidelines
- Knowledge of computing observation hours
- Other knowledge, skills and experience as outlined by company
