A revenue cycle solutions provider has an open position for a Telecommute Coding Supervisor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Evaluating performance and carrying out improvement activities
• Acting as a back up to coding staff for clients as needed
• Reviewing staff audit reports and summaries to ensure appropriateness

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Ability to function independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment required
• High school diploma
• Ten or more years of experience with coding and/or billing in health care revenue cycle
• Must be able to maintain the company accuracy rating of 95%
• Must meet set weekly quota for productivity
