A revenue cycle solutions provider has an open position for a Telecommute Coding Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Evaluating performance and carrying out improvement activities
- Acting as a back up to coding staff for clients as needed
- Reviewing staff audit reports and summaries to ensure appropriateness
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to function independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment required
- High school diploma
- Ten or more years of experience with coding and/or billing in health care revenue cycle
- Must be able to maintain the company accuracy rating of 95%
