Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute COE Pharmacist in Sugarland.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Accurately entering orders in the computer in a timely manner
• Performing duties in accordance with specific standards of care as evidenced by completion of competency skills checklist
• Providing patient care activities to ensure safe and effective drug therapy

Position Requirements Include:

• Investigate and report adverse drug events and medication incidents
• Able to establishes and maintains long-term customer relationships
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
• Appropriate State Pharmacy License(s)
• Demonstrates proficiency in required operating systems
