Job Summary

An educational software company is seeking a Telecommute Colleague ERP Applications Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Delivering planning in consultation with the Onboarding Manager, review and assign ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets
  • E ensuring the overall delivery for a number of client schools
  • Supporting and managing systems and/or application engineers

Qualifications Include:

  • Lead or attend project meetings as needed to address technical questions
  • 7+ years proven professional and technical industry experience
  • BS/BA degree. Other qualifications with adequate experience will be considered
  • Systems or application administrator and enterprise environment
