Job Summary

A staffing and recruitment agency needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Collection Analyst in Rockville.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Communicate via email and telephone calls with internal and external customers to research payment statuses
• Conduct customer collections calls
• Research accounts receivable issues

Qualifications Include:

• Due to current COVI-19 situation, this will be a work from home opportunity until condition warrants for this contractor to work from their office in Rockville
• At least 2 years of experience in collections
• High School Diploma is required
• Experience troubleshooting collections/accounts receivable issues, customer service
• Experience in Collections for Government and Commercial Customers
