Job Summary
A debt collection agency company is in need of a Telecommute Collection Specialist in the Manitowoc Area.
Must be able to:
- Negotiate repayment terms that work for both the consumer, client and company
- Make outbound calls to and take inbound calls from consumers to collect the accounts they have open
- Obtain and enter accurate demographic or other pertinent information into database
Position Requirements Include:
- Train onsite at headquarters and work there one day out of the month
- High School Diploma
- Ability to keyboard 45 wpm
- Pleasant phone voice & positive tone
