An educational services provider is filling a position for a Telecommute Collections Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Reviewing all AR systems to identify delinquent students
• Creating collection plans for larger, more seriously delinquent students
• Contacting all delinquent students via telephone and email for full payment

• 1+ years commercial collection experience
• Excellent Customer Service, problem solving skills
• Polished and professional telephone manner
• Proven analytical skills
• Strong computer aptitude and proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with superior attention to detail
