A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Collections Specialist in Columbia.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining quality customer service and a positive company image by resolving customer account inquiries
- Logging all customer payments to the correct reports
- Guaranteeing payments are processed
Qualifications for this position include:
- Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well
- Experience using accounting software
- Ability to analyze customer accounts and make decisions based on those analyses
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP
- Commercial collections experience
- 2-3 years of prior high volume collections experience required
