- Overseeing service delivery and direct management of 10-15 early career managers
- Conducting day-to-day operations of the division
- Working with a dynamic and growing team of Division Managers within the Operations team
Position Requirements Include:
- Work from home 1 day per week
- Deep experience with operations, management, and building scalable systems
- Proven leader who is adept at juggling people management with daily execution
- Excited by navigating uncertainty, while being coachable and a team player
- Ideally managed a team that has included remote or part-time employees
