Job Summary

A well-known computer and technology company has an open position for a Telecommute College Program Technical Advisor in State College.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Analyzing, isolating and resolving a variety of complex technical issues
  • Acting as the first point of contact and providing world-class customer service
  • Listening to our customers and using your technical knowledge, creativity, and passion to meet their needs

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Must currently be enrolled at a participating university
  • Ability to effectively tailor communication and style to differing audiences
  • Abiliy to research and grasp technical information across multiple tools while talking with customers
  • Aptitude for acquiring skills in technical troubleshooting and an eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
