A well-known computer and technology company has an open position for a Telecommute College Program Technical Advisor in State College.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Analyzing, isolating and resolving a variety of complex technical issues
- Acting as the first point of contact and providing world-class customer service
- Listening to our customers and using your technical knowledge, creativity, and passion to meet their needs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must currently be enrolled at a participating university
- Ability to effectively tailor communication and style to differing audiences
- Abiliy to research and grasp technical information across multiple tools while talking with customers
- Aptitude for acquiring skills in technical troubleshooting and an eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
