A computer company is in need of a Telecommute College Program Technical Advisor in the Urbana Area.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as the first point of contact and providing world class customer service
- Assisting customers with troubleshooting and technical support
- Using your technical knowledge, creativity, and passion to meet customer needs
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must be enrolled at a participating university
- Ability to effectively tailor communication and style to differing audiences
- Ability to research and grasp technical information across multiple tools while talking with customers
- Aptitude for acquiring skills in technical troubleshooting and an eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
