Job Summary
A computer, electronics, and mobile device company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute College Student Program Electronics Support Advisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support many of our popular products
- Provide world class customer service, troubleshooting, and technical support
- Listen to our customers and use your technical knowledge, creativity, and passion to meet their needs
Qualifications for this position include:
- Students must be enrolled at a university in the US
- iOS, Smartphone, Tablet, PC or Mac experience
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize
- Ability to acquire skills in technical troubleshooting and an eagerness to learn while accepting new challenges
- Ability to self-manage and work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Ability to research and grasp technical information across multiple tools while talking with customers
