Job Summary

A computer, electronics, and mobile device company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute College Student Program Electronics Support Advisor.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Support many of our popular products
  • Provide world class customer service, troubleshooting, and technical support
  • Listen to our customers and use your technical knowledge, creativity, and passion to meet their needs

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Students must be enrolled at a university in the US
  • iOS, Smartphone, Tablet, PC or Mac experience
  • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize
  • Ability to acquire skills in technical troubleshooting and an eagerness to learn while accepting new challenges
  • Ability to self-manage and work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Ability to research and grasp technical information across multiple tools while talking with customers
