Job Summary

A technology service provider is seeking a Telecommute Command Center Incident Management Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Monitoring and opening Command Center escalation tickets
  • Managing Escalation Tickets
  • Assisting with Root Cause Analysis tracking and completion

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of Incident Management, Problem Management, or Crisis Management experience
  • Exposure to technology projects and project management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Advanced Skills in MS Office applications including Excel, Work, and Outlook
  • Excellent understanding of Professional Services organizations
  • Ability to work independently and aggressively track incidents
