Job Summary
A technology service provider is seeking a Telecommute Command Center Incident Management Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Monitoring and opening Command Center escalation tickets
- Managing Escalation Tickets
- Assisting with Root Cause Analysis tracking and completion
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1-2 years of Incident Management, Problem Management, or Crisis Management experience
- Exposure to technology projects and project management
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related field or equivalent experience
- Advanced Skills in MS Office applications including Excel, Work, and Outlook
- Excellent understanding of Professional Services organizations
- Ability to work independently and aggressively track incidents
