Telecommute Commercial Banking Assistant II

Job Summary

A diversified banking services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Commercial Banking Assistant II.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage the loan process and coordinate the ongoing activities of the Portfolio Manager and Commercial Banker
• Drive the commercial loan process by interacting with loan customers using multiple communication strategies
• Oversee the process of compliance and customer verifications to include OFAC and Fraud

Qualifications for this position include:

• High School diploma or equivalency
• 3+ of commercial banking and loan documentation experience
• Advanced knowledge of Commercial Banking, banking regulations, operations, polices & procedures
• Knowledge of proper collateral documentation needed to obtain and perfect all types of collateral
• Proficient computer skills, including Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to quickly become proficient in complex systems
