Job Summary
A construction company is filling a position for a Telecommute Commercial Construction MEP Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Coordinate all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety project scopes
- Plan install for electrical, HVAC, controls, plumbing, process piping, etc
- Run complex meetings and follow up with participants for deliverables
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience as a MEP coordinator
- Proficient computer skills in Word/Excel
- Strong grasp of mechanical and electrical engineering concepts
- Good understanding of fire/life safety and fire sprinkler systems integration
- Good understanding of test and balance requirements
- Good understanding of direct digital controls installations/integration
