Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Telecommute Commercial Counsel.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with all categories of customers, business partners, and vendors
- Partnering with the Public Sector Sales, Sales Operations, and RFP teams
- Managing and maintaining contract templates and repositories and website terms of service
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- 4+ years of contracts management and contracts experience, including related to government contracts and RFPs
- Outstanding interpersonal skills that allow for clear communication (both written and verbal)
- Membership in at least one U.S. state bar
- A high degree of professional integrity, ethics, and sound judgment
- Excellent contracting drafting and negotiation skills
