A medical devices and software manufacturer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Commercial Counsel.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Taking on concurrently a portfolio of transactions, deals and contracts
- Drafting, negotiating and closing commercial contracts
- Communicating and explaining positions and counter-positions with executive sales, support and business teams
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience negotiating, documenting and closing commercial contracts
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited U.S. law school
- Licensed to practice law in the U.S.
- Ability to handle multiple matters concurrently with little over-sight
- 5+ years of extensive transactional and commercial legal experience
- Effective organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and complete them on time
