Job Summary

A medical devices and software manufacturer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Commercial Counsel.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Taking on concurrently a portfolio of transactions, deals and contracts
• Drafting, negotiating and closing commercial contracts
• Communicating and explaining positions and counter-positions with executive sales, support and business teams

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 5+ years of experience negotiating, documenting and closing commercial contracts
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited U.S. law school
• Licensed to practice law in the U.S.
• Ability to handle multiple matters concurrently with little over-sight
• 5+ years of extensive transactional and commercial legal experience
• Effective organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and complete them on time
