Job Summary
An in-vitro diagnostics company has a current position open for a Telecommute Commercial Enablement Head.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading the Commercial Enablement functions and their associated system responsibilities
- Implementing scalable, repeatable, data-driven processes and tools based on industry best practices
- Designing and implementing a data science competence and leverages the insights to steer and enable the Commercial organization
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement (Commercial Sales Strategy) or Sales Effectiveness function
- 10+ years of experience in Sales or Sales Management
- In-Vitro Diagnostics or similar industry experience required
- People Management- background in managing diverse or multiple disciplines
- Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to take complex topics and make them simple and digestible
