Job Summary

An in-vitro diagnostics company has a current position open for a Telecommute Commercial Enablement Head.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading the Commercial Enablement functions and their associated system responsibilities
  • Implementing scalable, repeatable, data-driven processes and tools based on industry best practices
  • Designing and implementing a data science competence and leverages the insights to steer and enable the Commercial organization

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement (Commercial Sales Strategy) or Sales Effectiveness function
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales or Sales Management
  • In-Vitro Diagnostics or similar industry experience required
  • People Management- background in managing diverse or multiple disciplines
  • Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to take complex topics and make them simple and digestible
