Job Summary

A biotechnology research company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Commercial Financial Planning and Analysis Biotechnology Associate Director.

Must be able to:

• Lead the Commercial long-range plan, annual operating plan and quarterly forecasting processes
• Enhance Financial discipline across the North America Commercial and Medical Affairs and New Markets organization
• Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs and New Markets functions proactively providing financial insights to make business decisions

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 15+ years of relevant experience in financial planning role
• Strong business partnering, influencing and analytical skills with demonstrated business insights and process impact in previous roles
• Strong knowledge of Excel and TM1
• Strong knowledge of FP&A reporting systems (TM1 specifically) and processes
• Ability to lead the Commercial long-range plan, annual operating plan and quarterly forecasting processes
