Job Summary

A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Commercial Health Biller.

Must be able to:

  • Be responsible for health billing
  • Review, follow-up and collect accounts

Required Skills:

  • Must reside in Ft. Lauderdale, Orlando or Jacksonville
  • 3+ years of experience as a patient account representative in a hospital or medical office setting
  • Knowledge of commercial payers and their billing requirements
  • Knowledge of MCOs billing requirements
  • Experience using Emdeon or related clearinghouse software
  • Must understand various payor EOBs
