Job Summary
A financial services company is in need of a Telecommute Commercial Lending Account Manager in Chicago.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Developing and strengthening working relationships with new and existing referral partners
- Acting as a liaison between partners and operations
- Achieving and surpassing self goals and budgets
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience in commercial lending secured by real estate
- Experience with subprime commercial lending
- Demonstrated track record of building a customer base and growing revenue
- Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Establish network of commercial mortgage brokers and commercial lenders
