Job Summary

A law firm is seeking a Telecommute Commercial Lending Counsel.

Must be able to:

  • Represent private technology companies from formation to exit
  • Help manage a small team of corporate and transactional attorneys, as well as direct corporate work
  • Work independently with limited supervision

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Exceptional academic credentials
  • 5 to t10 years of experience to support its commercial lending practice group
  • Law firm background
  • Experience with commercial lending transactions
  • In the absence of commercial lending experience, experience with corporate transactions is preferred
