Job Summary

BPO company is seeking a Telecommute Commercial Lines Client Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Training and effective utilizing established India Teams
• Effectively overseeing work flows and work processed for new and existing clients
• Advising and consulting with clients to make their business more efficient, profitable, and scalable

Required Skills:

• Up to 25% travel throughout the United States
• Active Property and Casualty license
• Proficiency with core Property and Casualty insurance coverages
• Knowledgeable in Agency Management and Electronic Document Management Systems
• Knowledgeable in writing workflows and maintaining documentation
• Demonstrated experience in resolving client issues
