- High academic achievement with demonstrated quantitative and verbal skills
- Bachelor’s degree from a top program
- Demonstrated experience negotiating, redlining, and closing complex deals
- Familiarity with major legal concepts germane to contracts
- Familiarity with all major aspects of energy project development
