Job Summary
A software developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Commercial Paralegal.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working on a transactions team that supports the business in closing and administering critical contracts
- Reporting to Senior Counsel, Commercial, and focus primarily on regulated and federal and state business segments
Qualifications for this position include:
- 7-10 years of paralegal background with in-house experience at a technology company
- Experience drafting contract amendments, templates, letters, RFP responses, and processing legal forms
- Ability to work with various internal stakeholders and data sources to gather necessary information
- Experience with playbooks, project management, and meetings management
- Strong communications skills, including ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Extremely organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
