Job Summary
A leading insurance holding company is in need of a Telecommute Commercial Real Estate Loan Originator in Southern California.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Sourcing CRE loans that are in accordance with origination guidelines and risk parameters
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with an extensive network of mortgage bankers and borrowers
- Preparing and presenting investment packages for internal credit approval
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial real estate originations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to function independently, multi-task, and source multiple deals
