Job Summary
A roofing company is in need of a Telecommute Commercial Roofing Project Manager in Charlotte.
Must be able to:
- Manage multiple projects from pre-construction meetings to completion, including monitoring all project costs to meet budgetary guidelines
- Report job progress through CRM system, order material for jobs as needed, and schedule project inspections and manage job through to completion
- Recruit, train, manage, and evaluate staff and review safety procedures as needed, ensuring that employees are meeting guidelines at all times
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel as required, represent the company to all clients, and attend pre-roof and project meetings
- A good driving record and ability to pass drug screen and criminal background check
- 7+ years leading multiple Commercial Roofing projects
- Proven success at managing multiple projects and budgets in an efficient manner
- Ability to climb a ladder and (may require) ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lead and motivate team members
