Job Summary
A commercial and industrial roofing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Commercial Roofing Project Manager in Scranton.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Scheduling project inspections and manage job through to completio
- Representing company to all clients and attend pre-roof and project meetings
- Managing multiple projects from pre-construction meetings to completion
Required Skills:
- Travel required
- Must be able to climb a ladder; position may require lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to lead and motivate team members
- 7 years leading multiple Commercial Roofing projects required
- Proven success at managing multiple projects and budgets in an efficient manner
- A good driving record is necessary for this position
