Job Summary
A manufacturing company is seeking a Telecommute Commodity Manager in Overland Park.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating commodity roadmaps enabling the achievement of critical business targets
- Creating and managing the implementation of strategic agreements
- Developing and implementing a communication plan for the Strategic Commodity Team
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel 25-30% of the time, depending on business needs
- Bachelor's degree in a Business, Technical, or Scientific related field
- Minimum of 7+ years experience in Strategic Sourcing and using leveraged multi-site agreements
- US citizenship in order to obtain and maintain US Dept of Energy security clearance
