Job Summary
An internet and eCommerce company is in need of a Telecommute Community and Content Talent Development Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying potential broadcasters, content creators, or influencers
- Track monthly performance in collaboration with the Marketing team
- Utilizing internal systems to curate featured content on the trending page
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Associate Degree
- 2-5 years working in sales, sales-marketing, talent acquisition, talent management, or similar role
- Effective communication skills across all mediums - i.e. text, email, video, phone, or face-to-face
- Hands on experience utilizing a CRM, ATS, or a form of Document Management System
- Strong passion to acquire and build a positive virtual community for users
- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a wide range of personality types
