Job Summary

An internet and eCommerce company is in need of a Telecommute Community and Content Talent Development Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Identifying potential broadcasters, content creators, or influencers
  • Track monthly performance in collaboration with the Marketing team
  • Utilizing internal systems to curate featured content on the trending page

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Associate Degree
  • 2-5 years working in sales, sales-marketing, talent acquisition, talent management, or similar role
  • Effective communication skills across all mediums - i.e. text, email, video, phone, or face-to-face
  • Hands on experience utilizing a CRM, ATS, or a form of Document Management System
  • Strong passion to acquire and build a positive virtual community for users
  • Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a wide range of personality types
