One of the world’s leading online spiritual advice marketplaces is looking for a Community & Customer Relations Associate. Work from home, full time (35-45 hours/week), contract position.
Responsibilities:
-Manage customer relations with a community of advisors and clients
-Contribute to continuous improvement of the company's brand and public image
-Grow user participation in online company forums
-Handle incoming customer support requests
-Investigate user complaints and suggest solutions
-Provide technical support (with the help of the development team)
-Create and maintain customer service procedures and templates
-Enforce company policies and community rules with consistency and fairness
-Maintain and grow the company's online knowledge base
-Communicate regularly with clients and service providers to ensure user satisfaction
-Manage the company’s social media presence and email marketing
-Contribute to the company's growth strategy
