Telecommute Community and State Proposal Production Coordinator

Job Summary

A global healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Community and State Proposal Production Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage and execute the proposal production for assigned RFPs in accordance with the established project process
• Create proposal templates in Word to address requirements specific to each RFP
• Format and digitally produce drafts and completed proposal documents, customized attachments, and presentation materials

Required Skills:

• Experience in deadline-driven environment with concurrent priorities
• Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to create proposal templates in Word to address requirements specific to each RFP
• Ability to provide support for formatting and issues related to Word and Acrobat
• Ability to organize, manage, and archive RFP and proposal documents and tools across multiple platforms
• Ability to assist in creating accessible documents for readers with disabilities as needed
