Job Summary

A mental health services provider is seeking a Telecommute Community Coaching Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Act as a ‘coach’s coach’
  • Manage Group Supervision
  • Assist with quality assurance reviews

Qualifications for this position include:

  • MA degree in psychology related field
  • NBC-HWC, coaching certification from an accredited training program and/or 2 years demonstrated coaching experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive leadership and managerial experience with remote employees
  • Excels at multitasking while maintaining a strong eye for detail and organization
  • Comfortable in a fast­-paced environment subject to ambiguity
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
