Job Summary
A healthcare intelligence company is filling a position for a Telecommute Community Healthcare Resource Navigator.
Must be able to:
- Coordinate health care services
- Perform initial health risk screenings
- Promote patient compliance and appropriate utilization of community resources
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5 years of experience working in a customer service or healthcare environment or
- BA/BS Degree in Social Work
- Functional knowledge of medical terminology
- High-level PC knowledge to include database management and report development
- Valid Oklahoma driver license required
- Must have an operating vehicle available for use when field duties are required
