Job Summary
A business services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Community Marketing Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and managing marketing communications projects
- Owingn all customer communication with potential and current customers
- Developing social reporting to keep tabs on how the company is doing
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to occasionally travel and attend in-person tradeshow and live events with customer
- 2-3+ years in a marketing related field
- Familiar with Drip.co, Zapier, Canva, HelpScout, Google Analytics, and Woopra
- Familiar with Facebook Marketing Tools and NPS tools like promoter.io
- Proficient in microsoft office/Google Docs
- Can create and manipulate spreadsheets/large sets of data with pivot tables and vlookups
