Job Summary

A business services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Community Marketing Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing and managing marketing communications projects
  • Owingn all customer communication with potential and current customers
  • Developing social reporting to keep tabs on how the company is doing

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to occasionally travel and attend in-person tradeshow and live events with customer
  • 2-3+ years in a marketing related field
  • Familiar with Drip.co, Zapier, Canva, HelpScout, Google Analytics, and Woopra
  • Familiar with Facebook Marketing Tools and NPS tools like promoter.io
  • Proficient in microsoft office/Google Docs
  • Can create and manipulate spreadsheets/large sets of data with pivot tables and vlookups
