A software development firm has an open position for a Telecommute Community Response Software Sales Director in Las Vegas.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Proactively manage and expand the sales funnel
- Develop and implement appropriate prospecting, sales, and customer success strategies
- Support marketing and communication efforts
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience with complex proposal and procurement processes, including proposal writing, correspondence, and formal presentations
- Experience in a sales team that consistently produces and exceeds their goals
- Experience in a startup, non-profit, or human services environment, if possible
- Experience training, coaching, and leading a high-performing team
- Experience working with non-profit leadership, city and local government, marketers, and executives
- An analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive decision making
