Job Summary

A behavioral health company is seeking a Telecommute Community Safety Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitoring and supporting the proactive removal of forum and group support spam
  • Monitoring the group support emergency form daily
  • Supporting the flag review team in any way needed

Qualifications Include:

  • Be on-call in the community
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Strong boundaries required
  • Orientation to product, stats, and data tracking
  • Passing a background check is required
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times
