Job Summary

A rideshare program has a current position open for a Telecommute Community Support Associate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing superior service to the community with a supportive and empathetic nature
  • Building trust and comfort by providing excellent customer service via phone, text, chat, and email
  • Helping maintain our internal and external FAQs and knowledge base

Qualifications Include:

  • Must be willing to travel to Los Angeles for training
  • Empathetic, outgoing, and friendly and have excellent people skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Google Docs
  • Significant experience in customer service, and are a master of multitasking
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends
