Job Summary
A rideshare program has a current position open for a Telecommute Community Support Associate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing superior service to the community with a supportive and empathetic nature
- Building trust and comfort by providing excellent customer service via phone, text, chat, and email
- Helping maintain our internal and external FAQs and knowledge base
Qualifications Include:
- Must be willing to travel to Los Angeles for training
- Empathetic, outgoing, and friendly and have excellent people skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Google Docs
- Significant experience in customer service, and are a master of multitasking
- Must be able to work nights and weekends
