Job Summary

A web-based hosting service for version control has a current position open for a Telecommute Community Support Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Taking an active role in listening to the needs of our users
  • Providing them with the learning and development opportunities for them to continue to grow
  • Moderating the Community Forum and social support channels

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience moderating an online community making sure all members adhere to the Code of Conduct
  • Experience with moderating communities in social networking sites
  • Experience supporting users at varying skill levels through a number of support channels
  • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to pick up new tools quickly
  • A strong sense of empathy
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment
