A multi-faceted business services provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Compensation Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Analyzing and implementing the organization's compensation programs
• Performing job evaluation, market pricing, and ad-hoc compensation analyses
• Executing merit, incentive, and other cyclical compensation programs and processes

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 2 - 4 years of experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills; Advanced Excel skills
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
