A multi-faceted business services provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Compensation Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Analyzing and implementing the organization's compensation programs
- Performing job evaluation, market pricing, and ad-hoc compensation analyses
- Executing merit, incentive, and other cyclical compensation programs and processes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2 - 4 years of experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills; Advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
