Job Summary

An information technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Compensation Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting in the design and implementation of base pay structures, incentive programs, and equity plans
  • Providing compensation guidance to management and HR Business Partners with respect to all compensation matters
  • Evaluating internal jobs to determine appropriate promotional and hiring pay levels

Position Requirements Include:

  • 4+ years of work experience in a Compensation role
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Certified Compensation Professional
  • Strong attention to details and analytical skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to work with large volume of data and synthesize it to digestible information
