Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting in the design and implementation of base pay structures, incentive programs, and equity plans
- Providing compensation guidance to management and HR Business Partners with respect to all compensation matters
- Evaluating internal jobs to determine appropriate promotional and hiring pay levels
Position Requirements Include:
- 4+ years of work experience in a Compensation role
- Bachelor’s Degree or Certified Compensation Professional
- Strong attention to details and analytical skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to work with large volume of data and synthesize it to digestible information
