Job Summary
A consulting firm has a current position open for a Telecommute Compensation and Talent Management Implementation Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing relationships with customers and ensuring problems are resolved and escalate
- Proposing recommended process, product and configuration solutions
- Providing ad hoc support along with post production support outside of project work
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Minimum of one year experience within a Human Resource business environment
- Previous experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other established Talent Management software organization
- Outstanding communication skills with both technical and non-technical functions (HR, IT and Sales)
- History of building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with customers remotely
