Job Summary
A higher education organization has an open position for a Telecommute Compensation Assistant Vice President.

- Supporting business goals
- Counseling senior leadership on compensation strategies
- Developing compensation strategies
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum of 10 years leadership experience in developing and executing competitive compensation strategy in a matrixed, complex environment
- Experience with regulations that govern FLSA, executive compensation, non-profit compensation compliance and plan design of compensation
- Superior ability to communicate
- Ability to work well under pressure
