A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Compensation Consultant in Louisville.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop an understanding of business needs and objectives
- Assimilate and evaluate information to generate insights and guidance within the HR organization
- Effectively articulate and communicate enterprise-wide policies and practices
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Communications or Engineering
- Demonstrated compensation experience
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering compensation solutions in support of business objectives
- Experience using Microsoft Office products
- Strong research, analytical and problem solving abilities
- Previous experience working within a team-based atmosphere with shared responsibility
