Job Summary

A financial company is seeking a Telecommute Compensation Manager .

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Advising and consulting with senior management on compensation matters
  • Assisting with the planning, development and design of corporate compensation programs
  • Ensuring all federal, state and local laws concerning wage and salary programs are met

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel 5% of the time
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 8+ years of related experience
  • Knowledge of global incentive design concepts
  • Ability to independently lead incentive design process with senior business leaders
  • Strong project management skills and ability to influence others to achieve planned outcomes
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and strong Excel skills
