A manufacturing company has a current position open for a Telecommute Compensation Operations Manager in New Britain.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Analyzing market data pertaining to SBD’s compensation competitiveness
• Preparing compensation recommendations to leadership
• Leading, projecting, managing, and execute General Wage Increases

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in a similar role
• Strong compensation background with a proven track record of developing competitive Total Compensation programs
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with confidence to make decisions and manage escalations
• Strong skills in communicating with all levels of the organization in a variety of formats
